To expand its 4D-based enterprise system, Terra is seeking experienced 4D developers for its IT group located in Orange County, California. Terra is a light manufacturer for high-tech industries with a 40-year history of stability. 4D developers are supported by a strong network management/client support team and up-to-date networks with full fail-safe systems and essentially no hardware constraints.
In addition to full-time employed positions on-site in Fullerton, California, Terra has contract projects available for developers located off-site. 4D experience is a requirement for all positions.
4D developers assess users' needs, design approaches to meet those needs, prepare project plans to implement the requirements and then execute approved plans. All development meets interface and structure standards consistently applied across Terra's enterprise system.

The successful candidate will join an engineering team operating in new facilities, with up-to-date engineering -workstations operating SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and AP100US. Principal responsibilities are generate new and modified designs for control systems, cleanrooms, glove boxes, storage cabinets and other enclosures in a variety of plastics and steel. Support sales staff with customized approval drawings and meet with clients to refine proposals. Troubleshoot manufacturability and production issues.
Success in this job requires creativity, persistence, plus familiarity with or a willingness to learn sheet metal, sheet plastic, and welding fabrication techniques.

These are full-time, near-entry-level, business-to-business inside sales and product specialist positions. The Sales Associate develops and manages relationships with Terra’s clients and prospects. The individual is responsible for analyzing client needs, preparing quotations, closing sales, following up on orders, and prospecting and developing new clients in the life science, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, aerospace, construction and academic sectors.
